He has over 8 years of experience in private equity, including the sourcing, negotiating, structuring and execution of private equity investments and divestments in North Africa. Mehdi acts as a board member of a number of investee companies in the Maghreb Region. Prior to joining Tuninvest in 2002, Mehdi was a Senior Auditor & Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tunis. Mehdi is a certified accountant. He holds a bachelor degree from the ISCAE, Tunis.
