In addition to the executive founding partners, our board members is composed of the following persons:

Founder and President of Tunisie Leasing Group, Tunisie Valeurs and �Tuninvest�. Mr. Abdelkefi is Chairman of the EFG-Hermes Middle East and Developing Africa Fund Limited and member of the Board of Accor Fund (STI). Before founding Tunisie Leasing, Mr. Abdelkefi was an adviser to the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Economic Development from 1978 to 1984.

From 1973 to 1978, he headed a development company established by the Tunisian Government, the IFC and various Arab investors. This company developed Tunisia�s first resort which now has over 6,000 units and includes a golf course, a marina and several hotels and condominiums. From 1967 until 1973, Mr. Abdelkefi held various positions with Tunisia�s Ministry of Finance and Planning where he ultimately headed the Investment and International Cooperation Department. Mr. Abdelkefi has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Facult� de Droits et des Sciences Economiques - Paris and a Master of Arts in Political and Public Sciences from the Ecole Nationale d�Administration Paris.


Founder and CEO SIGEFI PRIVATE EQUITY - GROUPE SIPAREX Dominique Nouvellet began his career at Caisse des D�p�ts (internal audit, financial analysis) and then moved to the French Treasury (supervision of the banking system and lending policies). He is one of the founders of EVCA (European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), Founding Director and former Vice Chairman of AFIC (French Private Equity Investors Association) Mr. Nouvellet has managed Siparex Group, one of France�s leading independent specialists in private equity investment in SMEs, since it was founded 30 years ago. Mr. Nouvellet currently sits on several boards, including that of STEF-TFE, one of Europe�s leading logistics group, the National Association of French Corporations (ANSA), Tuninvest Finance Group (Tunisia), CapitalInvest (Morocco) and since 2008 of Universit� Lyon III. He is a member of the Steering Committee of Institut Aspen France, and of France Investissement, Chairman of the Euromed Capital Forum Association, and former Chairman of EM Lyon Group (Lyon Business School).


CPA and graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales, Tunis, he spent most of his career with Tunisie Leasing (�TL�). Since the launch of TL in 1984 and till 1994, he served as CFO. Subsequently he was appointed as Deputy General Manager.

He is currently the General Manger of Tunisie Leasing. He is also the General Manager of TUNINVEST SICAR, a listed private equity company, and the president of the board of TUNISIE SICAV, first fixed income fund in Tunisia, and SICAV PLUS and SICAV ENTREPRISES.


He joined Tunisie Valeurs in 1994. He is a graduate of the facult� des sciences �conomiques de Paris I. He held the positions of General Services Director, and Deputy General Manager for over 10 years before becoming the General Manager of Tunisie Valeurs in 2005. He participated in the commercial development of the company as well as in the launch of different new products and services. Mr. ABDELKEFI participated also in the development and the implementation of the company's IT system (Valorix). Fadhel ABDELKEFI is a member of the board of directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange, 4 funds managed by Tunisie Valeurs, and the President of the board of Integra Bourse Morocco, and Algeria.
