Tuninvest is today the leading
private equity house in North and sub-Saharan
Africa with over USD 400 million
covering North, Western and Central
Africa. The company has made, to date,
over 77 investments and has realized 31 exits generating above markets IRRs
and price to cost of x2.2.
Tuninvest, through its
affiliate Tuninvest Corporate Finance, is also one of the major
corporate finance institutions in Africa, which has acted as advisor on
a number of M&A and fund raising deals in North and Sub-Saharan
Africa.
Tuninvest has put in place
a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC)
for large majority investments in the MENA Region.
Tuninvest is the co-founder of the African Venture Capital Association and member of Euromed Capital Forum.
