Tuninvest Finance Group was founded in 1994 by four initial partners.
Tuninvest is owned by its partners and the leading French capital development company Siparex.

full fledged investment boutique, Integra Partners (www.integra-partners.com), wich offers in
addition to Private Equity: Brokerage Services, Asset Management and
Corporate finance. Integra is owned by its founding partners.
Tuninvest is today
the leading private equity house in North and subsaharan Africa with
over USD 400 million covering North, Western and Central Africa. The
company has made, to date, over 77 investments and has realized 31
exits generating above markets IRRs and price to cost of x2.2.
Tuninvest is active in capital development, minority acquisitions and LBOs.
Tuninvest has put in place
a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC)
for large majority investments in the MENA Region.
Tuninvest is the co-founder of the African Venture Capital Association (www.avcanet.com) and member of Euromed Capital Forum (www.euromed-capital.com).
